A payment page without sharing your books
The client needs the slip and a pay button. They do not need your catalog, your other jobs or the cabinet.
Sharing a spreadsheet or a cabinet login “just this once” is how a client sees other jobs. A payment page without sharing your books is a public URL for one invoice: who you are, the lines, the total, Stripe or PayPal. Nothing else from the desk is on that page.
What belongs on the page
The issuer, the partner name they expect, the line items, the amount and the methods you turned on. That is enough to pay. Status after checkout is for you. They do not need a list of last quarter’s slips sitting in the same view.
- One tokenized link per invoice, not a folder of files
- Checkout on your Stripe or PayPal merchant account
- No card data on Bill servers
- No export of the rest of the ledger to the client
Your rails, not a platform wallet
Paste your keys in settings. The client pays you. Integrono never holds the money. Refunds and disputes stay on the account you already run. That is why the page can stay thin: it is a front for checkout, not a second bank.
Turn a method off if you only want Stripe this month. The page follows the desk. You do not ship a new PDF to change the button.
Alerts stay on your side
When the slip is paid or overdue, Bill can ping email, Telegram or WhatsApp. That signal is for the studio. The client already got a receipt from Stripe or PayPal. You do not need them inside the cabinet to know they paid.
Send the page, keep the books closed
Register Bill by Integrono, issue one invoice, copy the link. Line items, Stripe and PayPal on your account, a page that does not open the rest of the desk. That is the product. The register page is the next step if you still attach a PDF and hope.
